What’s my point?

Everyone keeps asking me one thing: why. Why am I doing this? Well, it’s simple really: I like it. After countless majors in college, bouncing around in the wonderful world of ‘what do I want to do’, I’ve finally found something (besides Tanked) that I want to do. Besides, for my second full effort, I think it’s going to turn out nicely. Granted it’s still very much a work in progress (obviously), but don’t worry. When it’s finished you’ll get to read some rambling ‘patting one’s self on the back’ writing in this very spot. So for now, you’ll just have to check back every once in a while (a hit a week is all I ask) and watch how it’s progressing.
Ok, so I still haven’t answered why. Well, the point of this site is to serve as an online ‘resume’, so to speak. I’m linking to other sites I’ve done in hopes of eventually doing what I enjoy doing, and maybe, no definitely, make some money doing it. So consider this a showcase of sorts, as well as, a place to catch up on your Oakland Athletics & Raiders news, browse some of what I consider to be fine upstanding websites …. why do I hear some of you already cringing about what I may link to? …. or just bask in my glory. Unfortunately, the links won’t be live until I finish the content. So you’re stuck with this page for the moment.
Last but not least, I have to give a very big round of applause to Katherine (insert applause here)…. I’ll wait a bit longer for you all to finish……….ok. I say this because she’s pretty much been my mentor through the whole process, and even though I’m still a rookie, if it wasn’t for her tutoring I wouldn’t have been able to go from knowing nothing, to building a website for my office in only one month.
