The first batch of wedding photos are here with many more to follow. I’ll be posting the official photos in the gallery for all to see once they’re done and back to us. As well as, the best of the best of all the various photos taken by friends and family. I think it’s safe to say that Arden Hills lost quite a bit of money on the open bar considering my friends and family. My dad was buying champagne 3 bottles at a time for the family table, and I saw him make at least 4 trips to the bar in order to restock.

The ceremony was phenomenal, everything went off without a hitch with the exception of one rather tight fitting tuxedo vest for one of the groomsmen. I was certain that we’d have a casualty at the reception due to a projectile button lodging into an unsuspecting guest’s temple.

Without them we couldn’t have done it because…well, we wouldn’t have been born to begin with.

On that note, everyone has been asking about it, so I figured I’d better post a hello. Marriage T-Minus 7 days to go. Yes, I’m excited, and no there are no photos of the bachelor party because I have bizarre friends and don’t wish to turn this into some fetish site. Needless to say the bachelor party was a blast, golfing, gambling, winning, beer, great food. What more do you need for a good time? Needless to say, I’ll never look at a fridge full of hot dogs and burgers the same way again.

The design business is coming along very well. We’re waiting until after the wedding to resume new clients, but we’ve got five set up so far. Things are looking very good. It’s amazing to see it grow from scratch.

Now, don’t start with the whole “so, when is the big day” ballbusting yet. We’re going to bask in the glory of it all for a bit, then we’ll get down to planning. I mean hey, we’re still reveling in the joy of having A/C put in last week as well. So, no more stuffy nights during our lovely summer heat. That being said, I’m sure it’ll be a spring-time wedding so we don’t leave all of our friends and family dead of heat stroke in the aftermath.

We came back from the trip nice and sunburned, and a bit lighter on the wallet thanks to the ‘cooler’ that was brought in on the blackjack table at the North Lake Hyatt. Those bastards, trying to crush the dreams of two kids in love. Although, it’s partly my fault because I chose not to bet $100 on all those hands I ended up getting blackjack on. I’m a bit upset at my psychic abilities to say the least.
